i'm so fucking confused. utf-8 is a set of all unicode, but doesn't use the same numbers as 'unicode' as seen in the Hebrew 'alpha' character below.. and isn't the same as 'html' 8501 above??? to excpress Unicode as hex replace the 'U' with 0 and '+' with x (U+2014 = 0x2014 or in html, —)
